Die Syncronisation ist immer noch Glückssache...mal klappt es und mal nicht.

Frustrating! Got this as a gift and have been so excited to use it. After spending hours attempting to get it to sync to my iPhone 6plus I gave up! This watch is worthless with out the app! Its not like these are inexpensive watches but if they dont work there no good.

Since downloading V3.1, I cannot sync with my Polar A300 watch or my H7 Heart Rate Monitor. The watch, monitor, and app are useless now except in an still tell time with the watch. Not good. Please fix this ASAP.

It is not as user friendly as the Fitbit app, but it doesnt give me a headache with syncing like the Fitbit did. My only issue is that it gives me yesterdays sleep data for the current day.

So obviously there are many reviews going back to April about synching issues. I have this problem as well. I did everything mentioned in the support and still getting the "connection failed" response from the watch. Only way I could sync was using my lap top. I have bought numerous Polar products over the years for myself and my wife. We will now be getting the Apple Watch! I appreciate the new firmware download to the watch so it will no longer sync. Brilliant job Polar! Fix your problem!

I finally got mine to sync by powering down phone and reboot 1x after I downloaded app the first time only. Always open polar flow app first on phone then push side watch button until it says connecting. Works great every time. Still cant change the heart rate zones acc to site directions on line.

I cant even imagine the tedious work that goes into developing apps and syncing them. I understand there will be bugs to work out all the time. The recent update which I performed a few days ago along with the device update on the A300 has caused syncing issues. I can get the watch to sync to this app only if I sync the watch on my computer first. Then after a few hours the sync is lost between the app and watch. We have had the A300 for about two months and this was not the experience I expected. Please update to make this work soon!

It was syncing before but with this update it doesnt sync with my Polar Loop anymore. Pretty frustrating since mine wont even collect data anymore because it is full. I cant connect to my computer since it is packed away in a box as I am in the middle of moving. I also really like the idea of being able to shift the "day" as my day rarely ends before midnight then my actual activity is split for my day.

Ive had good luck after I contacted polar to fix the no syncing issue. Please see "wont sync.. Check this fix.!!!" I have discovered that the app needs to be open when you sync to it. Also you you need to sync a few times a day.. No big deal for really.. Dont let the plethora of bad reviews about not syncing detour your decision to get the app. I had the same issues but they are fixable... BTY. Polar responded very quickly with the fix.. Im totally happy with the M400 and the Flow app..

There is ALWAYS an issue with the new updates. Last time it wouldnt lync to MFP. Now the watch and app wont sync unless you plug watch into computer. Please fix, please?! I also use the UP app and my move cost $24 bucks... Why do they have a better app than polar? Please fix the syncing issue. Also, it wont sync with Myfitnesspal. Please please fix!

Im a huge fan of Polar products; however, I wish that their web and mobile apps would sync properly with their devices.

I have read all the reviews and tried every suggestion given and yet it does not work. FIX THIS ASAP. Its frustrating!

Edit of previous one start review: I previously gave this app one star, only because there is no "Zero star" rating. The app would sign off every day. I emailed Polar support and thats the way it was designed. Well, they fixed that, and now the app stays signed in. Unfortunately, they broke something else, and now the app will not sync with my IOS devices. My iPhone shows the Polar A300 in bluetooth, but the app will not download the data from the A300. Polar USA support has some generic rememdies, like "turn the phone off and back on." I have owned Polar HR monitors for 15 or 20 years, and the software has always been awful, although before all the bluetooth technology, that didnt matter so much, since one just wrote all this stuff down. Check the Polar web page and there are nothing but post after post of "Wont sync" & "cant find my device." Seriously, this will be my last Polar HR monitor. They just dont support the equipment. If youre reading this, you either aleady have a Polar, in which case, its not you. The app just doesnt work. Or youre thinking about buying a Polar. My advice: Dont. I have owned at least 6 or 7 Polar HR monitors, but every one has been limited by the lack of support from Polar and the complete uselessness of the Polar software. Im going shopping this week and tossing this stupid Polar as soon as I get a replacement. I bought my wife a Garmin for Xmas which seems to work fine. I may do that for myself.

The app doesnt sync ever - it cant connect at all!

Title says it all. Doesnt sync. Dont have it taking up space on your phone till they fix it

I actually like the interface of the new app, but whenever I go to month view it instantly crashes. Please fix the bugs, guys. Thanks!

Its a good day if it syncs w/phone. Usually doesnt though.

It started out fine. Ive had it since May 28th of this year and today is June 2nd and it keeps saying that the device is out of range. I have tried all tips and nothing. They need to fix the software.

Like many reviews Ive read it simply will NOT sync with this app. I have the polar A300...I love my watch but this app is a fail.
