Bug

There is a bug this app.. And my product is not sync my phone via bluetooth. Actually Polar Flow App is not alert about sync.. So i cant get smart notification.. İ wanna new update, please..

Sync problems

Current version sometimes has synchronization problems with iPhone 5. We see indacator that sync is completed, but data (e.g. Steps) dont change in app. I have this problem with Loop from time to time

Workin good

Good app! Synchro with Loop always working - automatically 1per hour (in app running into background). You can synch. manually, too - by pressing Loop with started app with main screen.

Issues with iHealth sync

Often application writes strange duplicated data to iHealth. :( I get up to 100,000 extra steps randomly

Excellent

Excellent application - good working, good designe - super !

Unable to launch

After upgrade Im unable to launch the app.

Icon

Please change the icon! Reduce size of FLOW. Black background looks terrible...

Sync with iPhone 6

I see on my Polar M400: "Connection to the app..." and nothing happened. Fix this please!

Worthless

Still unable to add a training session or to watch sleep graph over time. Nothing really changed except for icon and layout.

Dont use this app if you dont want to loose data.

App just cant do basic stuff - sync damn data.

Sleep data issue

The app doesnt display sleep data correctly (all 0s), its OK on the web server though.

Still not works

Still does not sync 6S with the Polar Loop.

Graph scale unreadble

Bug not fixed. Speed graph scale is fixed down to 20 min/hm

Finally got it to sync!

I have been wearing the watch for about a month, now. Wearing a Fitbit as well. Polar lags steps by about 1500 steps by the end of the day. Not sure which one is accurate. Havent been able to sink with polar flow despite instructions. Tonight, I took the watch off, pushed the back button until it said touch to sink. I then laid the watch on its side on the table.ccI have a 9.7 IPad Pro, placed (by chance) the watch by the left upper corner of my IPad and after about 3 minutes, it starts to sync! Took another 3-5 minutes to complete the sync. Compare to all of my other Bluetooth devices, this is awful. It does not show up as a device under settings/Bluetooth. But the H7 does! Crazy! Scores an 8/10 on the customer unfriendly scale.so far, havent found any benefit to linking my H7 heartbeat monitor with my IPhone or my IPad. The interface, app and watch screens need a redesign. Functional, but so 80s. Not sure if I will continue to wear the watch and use the system or just go back to Fitbit One. Watch is waterproof, and I have been through 7-8 FitBits over 4 years and tired of shelling out for that product every time it rains or I jump in the pool.

Finally got my watch to sync!

After a couple of weeks of not being able to sync my watch on the app or my computer, I finally was about to sync it. I had to unpaid my device and watch. Then I went on my computer and tried to sync it. It about 15 minutes to sync and then another 10 to update the firmware. After that, I repaired my watch and phone, and I finally got it to sync with the app!

No more weight entry

I dont have issues syncing with my M400 or Loop, however, disappointed that weight management was deprioritized in this update. No more weekly view, only monthly. But more importantly, you cant enter your daily weight in the app any more! Why would you remove that functionality if you can still see your weight in the month view? Makes no sense! A workaround is to log into the polar site from your Internet browser either on your computer or phone, you can still enter your weight there, and it will show in your app.

Doesnt sync with polar loop

It was syncing before but with this update it doesnt sync with my Polar Loop anymore.

Done with Polar

I loved Polar, loved their user experience, and hardware. But since this new version, sync refuses to work, they UI is not nearly as good, and they removed features. I was such a loyal fan and spent lots of money on their products. But this is the last straw. They need to get more software engineers or something, but having a broken iOS app for multiple versions is unacceptable.

Why? Syncing is a joke!

I love my loop, I wear it 24/7. I take it into the pool(only one that is water proof) why cant you get the syncing simplified like your competitors? I dont always have a computer nearby. I want to sync with my phone!!

NSync = Never Syncs

App never syncs with my device. I feel like with each update the interface gets less and less appealing. Pretty disappointed, probably wouldnt buy another Polar product based on the app.
