Was going to buy a M400

I was going to buy the M400 watch this weekend. It I can sync it with my iPhone there is no way I am going to buy one. I will look at a different device instead. I guess they are okay with losing sales because of a simple update.

Not good since last update

Since the last update I dont have acces to my result for the week or the month. I lost some data. I use my loop everyday and its frustrating. Please fix it!

Horrible app, never syncs

This app would literally make me buy a Fitbit. I like my loop but this is beyond frustrating. Another week of this and Im done, not worth the head ache.

Cant sync a new A360!!

How frustrating!i just got a Polar A360 and cannot sync to my IPhone 6. I did not look at the Polar Flow app in the App Store until after I bought the unit to see that others are having problems syncing. How long has this been going on?! I think I will bring this back!

M400 Sync

Latest update does not allow the M400 to sync, I have removed device from the iPhone and the paired device on the M400, powered off the phone and gone through pairing them together and it may work once. Very frustrating please fix.

Doesnt sync with A300

I received the A300 for Christmas and the watch doesnt sync with the app. Unfortunate. Fix this asap before you receive a truckload of your products back...

Doesnt sync with new A360

I have ordered the A360 back at the beginning and have just received it today. Can I expect this bug to be fixed or should I just send the watch back since it doesnt sync with the App?

Works fine, but app could better

Works fine, no sink issues. I tend to use my computer more often than the app sync option. The app itself could be better at what its supposed to do. Jawbone and under armour apps are much better!

Sync issues

Abundance of sync issues with M400 after last two app updates. Also, device and app not calculating running index, despite meeting pace and duration requirements during run.

Good but unreliable with M400

I like the app and has a lot of features but its flakey. Heres a few issues that could be investigated by QC: * Ive been using it for a month and its having constant problems syncing with the M400. After a firmware update to v1.8.4, the M400 wouldnt sync. I tried uninstalling/ re-installing the app, no luck. I needed to do a factory reset on the device and disconnect it from my account using the desktop version of Polar Flow and then set it up as new. It finally worked but what a waste of my time. It took me a couple of days to realize uninstalling Polar Flow disconnected it from MyFitnessPal and Apple Health. So the data needed to be entered manually. * It doesnt send Calorie data to Apple Health, just Workouts which tracks minutes working put, an utterly useless metric IMHO. * It doesnt pick up manual entries from desktop version of Polar Flow.

App syncs when you push a button

To sync the app with the watch you need to push the "back" button and switch on the Bluetooth on your phone. Its not really user friendly and I think it should automatically sync. Its a little bit annoying. I dont find this app really interesting. But well see with time.

Sync function is really bad

Please fix the sync function, as its not working paired with your (my) Polar Loop2. Many users have the same complaints using other toys... Please!
